To access the full features of the jilipaek Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on jilipaek. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. jilipaek employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilipaek account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilipaek will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jilipaek immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
jilipaek may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card). Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
jilipaek accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilipaek does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilipaek account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. jilipaek reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jilipaek account.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on jilipaek are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilipaek does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
jilipaek offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your jilipaek account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
jilipaek reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting any error or loophole in the bonus system.
jilipaek reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform. Continued participation in a promotion after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
All games available on the jilipaek Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilipaek, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
jilipaek's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilipaek account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilipaek does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
jilipaek reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
You may request the closure of your jilipaek account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through jilipaek's responsible gaming tools. If you have a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or other aspect of your jilipaek account, you must contact our support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
jilipaek will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a complete dispute submission. During the investigation period, jilipaek may temporarily restrict access to the relevant funds or features pending resolution.
The decision of jilipaek's dispute resolution team shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.
jilipaek reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilipaek will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jilipaek Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jilipaek's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilipaek's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of jilipaek's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
